Shipping and Processing Fees Are Per Address.
Merchandise usually ships via UPS Ground or USPS priority mail; items usually ship within 1-2 business days unless stated otherwise. If there is an unexpected delay in shipping the item(s) to the shipping address, we will contact you a.s.a.p. Expedited shipping may be available. Please contact us for pricing.
Note: Many items are sent directly from our designer's studio or warehouse. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Allow up to 2 weeks for custom orders (3 weeks during peak seasons), not including engraving or embroidery, these items usually ship within 3-4 business days (7-10 days during peak seasons).

We currently ship within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, East Asia and Oceania. Please contact us for shipping prices to countries outside of the U.S.A. Prices quoted do not include border or duty taxes that you may be required to pay.
**Free shipping and above shipping prices may not apply to crib bedding sets or nursery furniture, i.e. tables, chairs etc. Larger or heavyweight items shipping may require additional freight/shipping charges; however you will be contacted prior to charges being added. These charges must be paid prior to the item(s) being shipped. Please contact us at info@saigenicoles.com for shipping costs on these items.
Please verify that the mailing address and product quantities are correct upon checkout. We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected packages.
Claims: All of our merchandise is shipped using tracking information and delivery confirmation. All claims are subject to the carriers processing procedure. Once you contact us in writing, we will initiate a claim with the carrier. If delivery of the package(s) is substantiated and confirmed by the carrier after the investigation, we will take no further action and no replacement merchandise will be shipped or refund granted. If the claim is substantiated we will be happy to ship a replacement.
To avoid possible disappointment, please be sure that you are requesting your order(s) be shipped to a secure and safe location.
