all things girly! Designed in Los Angeles and inspired by a young
daughter who loves dress up, frolic and play, your daughter too can
frolic and play in our gorgeous skirts and dresses. Each pettiskirt
and pettidress is made with a generous amount of lightweight fabric
which create waves of beautiful ruffles.
