Ordering Is Easy:

For the easiest and quickest way to order, orders can be placed directly on-line, 24 hours a day through our SSL secure payment processing using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal or Debit card displaying the Visa or MasterCard logo.

You may also order via fax or phone. Please call or fax your information to the appropriate number above. Provide us with the details of your order including item # / name, description, size and price and any details. We will need your billing and shipping information including your name and address as it appears on your cc, credit card #, cvv code and expiration date of your card, and ship to name and address if different than your billing information.

Returns and Exchanges:

Gift Message:
All orders will be presented in a manner you can be proud to give and personalized gift messages are always meaningful. We are happy to add a gift message with your order. Simply type your message in the "Gift Message" section upon check-out.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available in a variety of denominations and will be beautifully presented and sent via US Mail or you may choose to send via e-mail. Gift certificates may be purchased by clicking here.
To redeem a gift certificate, simply enter the reference number found on your gift certificate upon check-out.
Redeeming Your Voucher / Coupon Code:
If you have a coupon code to use, the code must be entered at checkout under "Voucher". Follow the instructions by clicking on "Recalculate" to get your total. Only one coupon code may be used per order. If you experience problems with a coupon code, simply note the code during checkout in the "Special Instructions" box and we will make sure that it gets applied.
