Tulip Fairy Costume

This wonderful fairy dress up dress has two layers of shimmery pink organza with a delicate scalloped edge overlaid a china silk under skirt.  The bodice is made of stretchy pink crushed velvet, and the skirt is adorned with six iridescent fabric panels shaped like petals and three pink and white pansies.

Note: Optional pink or white wings can be added to complete her fairy look.
